Technical installation

Most of our dealers offer services to help you to prepare your infrastructure for optimum use of EasySIGN software. Especially in a network environment we recommend that you make use of our dealers' professional network services or those of other system integrators.


Training consulting and customizing

Our expert dealers will support you with the implementation of your new software solution. They know the software inside-out and can help you to set it up to suit your processes. They will provide the expertise you need in the language your employees speak. If our standard solution needs customizing such as specific driver behavior, your dealer and EasySIGN offer everything from analysis to implementation.


Customer help desk

Most of the issues of our software can be solved by checking the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions). For urgent and day-to-day support questions you need to contact your dealer. Your dealer will also be able to provide technical support in your local language. In case you have a not urgent support question, you may contact our support team by clicking here. Download the latest Service Pack

Most problems (if any) are solved by installing the latest Service Pack of the software. The installation of a Service Pack will even examine your current installation and repair files that might be damaged. We advise you to install the latest Service Pack before contacting us.

 

To install a Service Pack you need to have valid EasySIGN Maintenance.
